It all started with an itch
I graduated with a degree in Public Health Science, but I found myself working at a job where I couldn’t make meaningful changes the way I envisioned.
This experience made me think where else do I feel dissatisfaction? Why do I and many other people feel dissatisfied with products, what are the usability issues, and how can I improve them? After lots of research I discovered UX design and knew this is what I want to do!
Fun fact: Did you know Public Health and UX Design have many similarities? Both:
Empathize with people.
Identify and solve problems with creative solutions.
Constantly improve products to create better experiences!
